On April 12th we will begin a new study by noted bible scholar Dr. David Jeremiah. In a series of messages called A Life Beyond Amazing, Dr. Jeremiah describes the divinely-empowered life that is possible for followers of Christ. Between introductory and concluding message Dr. Jeremiah explores each of the nine traits of a spirit-filled life as outlined by the apostle Paul-traits that produce a life beyond amazing. Ladies you are invited, come join us at the home of Bill and Judy Croll 326 Duke St. in Garland. We start with coffee, snacks and fellowship at 9:30am, our study begins promptly at 10:00 am. The workbooks used in the study will be provided, cost is $8.00. If you have any questions call the church office at 972-772-5525 |

CONCERT SERIES |
|
Our Concert Series will now begin on Saturday, May 19th. We promise this is really happening. Scheduling is just a bit of a challenge as we work with a variety of artists. This 4-part concert series developed by our Music Director, Randy Wills, is scheduled for the 3rd Saturday of each month from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The first offering will be followed by coffee and treats. This is a great outreach opportunity! |

TAC BUILDING CELEBRATION |
|
It is hard to believe we have been in our new building for four months! Much has happened during that time and we have had many glorious experiences together.
We will now have an official celebration of this incredible facility and God's providence. On Sunday, April 29th, we will take special time to thank Him and so many of those who helped us reach this point. We will be inviting a variety of special guests who were instrumental in our process, as well as family and friends, and those who have prayed for us and supported us from our Resurrection days to a special worship service and reception.
The congregation will receive postcards to hand out or mail, and the office will mail invitations to many in the community who played a part in our "transformation". We will be asking members to help provide food for this event, and we will need volunteers for a variety of tasks. More information soon!
