SUNDAY SERVICES 8:30 & 11:00 A.M.

Our congregation is a loving Christian community that welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds to join us in worship, study, prayer and service to others.

We are an Anglican Church, a parish in the Anglican Church in North America. Anglicanism is called the “middle way.” Anglicans are catholic in that we follow the teachings and worship style of the ancient church. The church has been saying many of the same prayers we pray each week since the first century! Yet, Anglicanism has been greatly influenced by the Protestant Reformation as well. We hold strongly to the authority of the Bible as God’s revealed Word. We also believe that every person is called to have a personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. We are also called to serve others in the love of Christ, helping them to know the truth of the gospel.

Like Christians since the time of Jesus, we celebrate Holy Communion together every Sunday. We hear God’s Word read from the Bible, and listen as our ministers apply it to our lives. We welcome all baptized Christians to receive Communion. We invite those who do not wish or are not able to receive Communion for any reason to come forward to receive a prayer of blessing.

We hope you might come and see what we are all about here at Transformation. Expect to encounter God through scripture, sacraments and prayer when you worship here. Worship is why we exist and is at the heart of who we are and what we do.

Our desire is to serve Christ by serving others. We look forward to meeting you!

He that keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps. (Psalm 121:4)
“God never hurries. There are no deadlines against which he must work. Only to know this is to quiet our spirits and relax our nerves.”
--- A.W. Tozer, The Pursuit of God: The Human Thirst for the Divine

All too often, our human tendency is to be impatient with God. Perhaps, when we feel God is not acting fast enough, we are tempted to think that the Lord is distracted, or not attentive to our situation. Yet nothing could be further from the truth. God watches over us and knows our every need. His eye is on the sparrow! However, as A.W. Tozer points out, God is not constrained by our human time tables! In fact, one of the goals of discipleship is to conform ourselves to the Lord’s agenda and timing. To make His plans our plans, His thoughts our thoughts. May the Lord give us grace to conform our expectations to the Mind of Christ!
I have described the time immediately ahead of us as “the slow march towards normal.” We anticipate restoring more and more aspects of our Church life as we receive clearance from the Bishop. Each step will require patience and grace from each one as we “wait for one another” and move together as one Body in Christ.
How I love and appreciate each and every one of you! May the Lord pour out his abundant grace, mercy and peace on you all!
Fr. Bob
